Closest I've ever come, since the Bard, to a playwright who treats his
characters and situations with as much complexity and reverence. We
all had a wonderful time struggling to portray the play's sweet sense
of regret, forgiveness and love lost. Chekhov, if you're
listening: rematch in 10 years.
